Picual: This classic Spanish EVOO has green tomato leaf favours and a slight bitterness that promotes flavour to rich dishes, winter soups and stews.  Equally delicious drizzled over steamed vegetables or added to bread and pizza dough.  The oil has excellent flavour with a warm a lingering finish. 

Koroneiki: This classic Greek oil has medium intensity with hints of apple, capsicum and salad leaf flavours.  The finish has warm overtones of spice.
