Tora Collective supply fresh live Crayfish and Paua direct to Aotearoa throughout Spring and Summer.

Their team is made up of Troy and Claire who call the wildly beautiful and windswept Southern Coast of the Wairarapa, home. With decades of experience harvesting kaimoana on the East Coast, a passion for quality produce and keeping it local, and a dedication to sustainability - these two make a duo as good as hot chips and buttered bread.

Throughout the warmer seasons, Troy spends his days on Takitimu fishing the 15km stretch of coastline for crayfish in their backyard, also known as Tora Bay. Along with their handy deckhand and neighbour Conner, they all jump in to gather your paua and deliver it direct to your door, straight from Tangaroa.

Their service is kind of like the “Air New Zealand of seafood delivery”, and their environmentally-friendly packages are a fish’s Koru Lounge. You can expect high-quality live kaimoana in your kitchen within hours of it leaving the ocean.
