At 16Thirty9 we create seasonal products with what we have growing around the property. We have spent the past few years planting out the property, and from that we are creating products with an element of difference.

All of our produce is spray-free, and grown organically. I'm personally passionate about fermented foods, along with chili-based hot sauces, and chutneys. Along with that we have an abundance of herbs and other fruits and vegetables that we take pride in growing with the utmost of care. We are still young with the business, so keep an eye out for our creations as we move forward.
